Checked out the lantern festival Sat night. I was quite the time. Kinda regret not making a lantern of my own. Definitely will be up for that next year. It will be epic. Also, drinking in a park at night brought back some good memories…

So we've started having some nice weather here on the rock. Only problem now is that we don't have enough water. So now the water ban has been raised a notch. Can someone explain to me why this happens every year? I'm far too lazy to google for the answer...
